These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by Forever Enchanted Occasions LLC ("we", "our", or "us"). By booking or attending any of our events, you ("client", "you", or "attendee") agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

1. Services Provided

Forever Enchanted Occasions LLC specializes in the planning, decoration, and execution of a wide range of events including, but not limited to, 21+ ticketed events, weddings, engagements, corporate functions, and other special occasions.

 

2. Eligibility

Attendance at certain events may be restricted to individuals 21 years of age or older. Valid identification may be required for entry. We reserve the right to deny entry to any individual who does not meet the age requirements or fails to comply with event policies.

3. Bookings & Payments

All bookings must be confirmed in writing and are subject to availability. Full payment is due upon booking unless otherwise stated. We do not offer refunds for cancellations, change of mind, or scheduling conflicts.

4. Cancellations

Cancellations are permitted only under what are legally defined as “Acts of God,” including natural disasters, war, civil disturbances, government restrictions, or other unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule the event or offer an alternative solution, but no refund is guaranteed.

5. Liability Disclaimer

Forever Enchanted Occasions LLC is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from or in connection with any event or service provided. Clients and attendees assume all risks related to attendance and participation. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, or damages resulting from your involvement.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Ensuring accurate and timely information is provided for event planning.

• Adhering to all local laws and venue regulations.

• The behavior and conduct of their guests.
  We reserve the right to refuse service to any client who breaches these obligations.

 

7. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or public health emergencies.

8. Communication

All inquiries and communications must be submitted through our official website. We aim to respond within 72 business hours.

9. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, content, and materials provided by Forever Enchanted Occasions LLC remain our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States, and any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of relevant U.S. courts.
